As a Northern Virginia native and a long-time Aldie community sponsor, Kat brings over 20 years of diverse expertise, specializing in restaurant, food service, property management, and hospitality industries. Kat oversees all brewery and taproom operations through a customer-first outlook, emphasizing enhancing customer relationships and service delivery.
In her spare time, Kat enjoys spending time with her family and dog and traveling the world.
Andrew Curtis has joined Lark Brewing Co. as the Assistant General Manager.
With over two decades of restaurant experience specializing in hospitality and food service, Andrew’s commitment to a guest-first approach has been a staple in his successful career. He emphasizes high service standards, leadership, and efficiency from himself and other team members, bringing a unique perspective to the day-to-day operations at Lark Brewing Co.
During his spare time, Andrew enjoys rooting for any New England sports team and relaxing with his beautiful family.
