The evening begins with an elegant amuse of Oyster on the Half Shell with Passionfruit Mignotte, paired with 2018 Unshackled Sparkling Rosé, and continues through a decadent progression of dishes including Salmon Crudo, Potato Leek Soup with Caviar, Butter Poached Lobster with Truffle Risotto, and Braised Beef Short Rib with Parsnip Purée and Red Wine Jus. The night concludes on a sweet note with Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Strawberries and Dark Chocolate, paired with 2023 Saldo Zinfandel.
