As a Northern Virginia native and a long-time Aldie community sponsor, Kat brings over 20 years of diverse expertise, specializing in restaurant, food service, property management, and hospitality industries. Kat oversees all brewery and taproom operations through a customer-first outlook, emphasizing enhancing customer relationships and service delivery.
